Asian BBQ Cooking course at the Oaksmere Hotel

Well I think I can safely say that we all had a good day at the first livealfresco.com BBQ cooking course. As usual Lilian Hiw from Lilian’s kitchen demonstrated how to cook Asian food simply and of course on a BBQ! The weather was kind to us and you would struggle to find a nicer location than sunny terrace at the Oaksmere Hotel. We all gained some new culinary skills, had a lot of laughs, ate wonderful food and had a sneaky beer or 2. Perfect day. We will be doing various BBQ courses including BBQ basics, Indian, Chinese, Italian, Texas Smoking and Seafood so please get in touch if any of these appeal.
