Order’s over £100 qualify for Free delivery, sub £100 orders are charged at £6.99 for UK mainland next day.
How long will it take my order to reach me?
East Anglia deliveries:
Most deliveries in NR, IP, PE, CO & CB postcodes may be delivered by Live Alfresco directly ( Sometimes same day). Please contact us on sales@livealfresco.com to confirm details.
Orders received before Midday will be processed that day, if an item is in stock it will be dispatched the same day. We dispatch all items as soon as they are available, so if an item is out of stock it will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available (the product page should give an indication of the date that the stock is due). Some items are dispatched to you directly from one of our trusted specialist suppliers, if this is the case then most orders are delivered within 5 working days – although we ask you to allow up to 10 working days. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order/delivery we will offer a full refund or the option to wait until the stock becomes available.
If the product selected has the Next-Day Express Delivery option and is ordered before midday, then your order will be delivered during the next working day (Please be aware that an order received before the deadline on a Friday will usually be delivered on the following Monday. If you place an order after the Friday deadline then your delivery will arrive on the following Tuesday).
Please let us know if there is a safe place where we can leave your order if you’re not at home when we deliver.
Central London Delivers FORS zone delivery’s will incur an addition charge.
We do deliver to Scottish Highland, ROI, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands incur a additional cost. Please contact us for confirmation of prices & timescales before ordering.
Curbside delivery.
If a large item has been ordered (ie a BBQ on a pallet) the delivery is curbside only and doesn’t include moving to garden/driveway area. Assembly may be required with many items, this is not included unless previously arranged/ paid for.
Can I send an order to a different delivery address?
Unfortunately not, the delivery address must be the same as the card holders address.
I’m ordering several items: will they arrive at the same time?
Although we hold many products in stock, some of our product range is sent to you directly from our trusted specialist suppliers. We dispatch all items as soon as they’re available so parcels may arrive separately.
