Many people love Indian, Thai, Vietnamese or Chinese food but, the majority don’t attempt to cook it at home, let alone on the BBQ! These courses will teach you how to recreate a full Asian feast cooked over flame in your own back garden. Everything will be prepared and cooked from scratch using a variety of herbs and spices. We will also cover direct and indirect cooking methods on the charcoal grill which allow different temperatures to be created on the grill at the same time.
