Description

The kamado that set a new high standard for craftsmanship and innovation, our Kamado Joe Classic features a thick-walled, heat-resistant shell that locks in smoke and moisture at any temperature. Beneath the easy-open dome, a large cooking surface crafted from commercial-grade 304 stainless steel provides ample space for 10–12 fillets or chicken breasts. Other standard features include a flexible Divide & Conquer cooking system, a heavy-duty rolling cast iron cart, a precision ventilation dial and a patented slide-out ash drawer for easy access and cleaning.

    We have the Kamado Joe Classic and it is a great way to enjoy cooking food of all types! We have had pizzas using the ceramic plate (perfectly cooked!) Christmas Turkey, Chicken, Steaks, sausages, Roast Vegetables! It took a couple of experiments to learn how to control the temperature, but now have it sussed. We use the Applewood charcoal and it gives a lovely flavour to the food. Really worth the money and with so many accessories to choose from, who needs a kitchen (though more hot weather helps!!)
