Our First Italian BBQ Course was eccellente!

Sally from La Cucina Italiana didn’t disappoint on our first Italian BBQ course. We cooked Involtini di pollo (Chicken stuffed with smoked cheese, wrapped in prosciutto), Tagliata (thinly sliced steak with ragu & red wine reduction & the most amazing pesto I’ve ever tasted) followed by Cipolla e tonno pizza ( red onion and tuna pizza). All prepared by the class and cooked on the gas Whistler grill and the charcoal Kamado Joe.
